# DotWallet supports one-click transfer via phone number / email #
That is, users can transfer digital currency to others in “Transfer” - “DotTransfer”, which allows users to transfer via phone number or email without knowing the receiving address.
So here comes the question:

Q: Can I transfer to any email or phone number?
A: Yes. You can transfer digital currency to the other no matter if the receiver has registered DotWallet with phone number or email. The difference is:
If the phone number or email input has been registered in DotWallet, interface of the receiver will pop up for you to select and confirm. What you need to do is choose a receiver and input the transfer amount, then transfer it at one click.
If the phone number or email input has not been registered in DotWallet, you can also input amount to transfer at one click. However, you should ask the receiver to register DotWallet with his phone number or email, he will see the transfer amount once registration is completed.
Q: Can I transfer to non-designated receiver ( Not entering phone number or email)?
A: Yes you can. Not entering receiver info (phone number or email) means no receiver is designated. You can click [Confirm] and input the transfer amount, check the [Transfer details] carefully and click [Confirm], copy the “transfer link” and forward to the receiver.
The receiver can claim the amount when he opens the transfer link. If he has not registered DotWallet, he needs to register first before receiving.
Q: What if the receiver doesn’t claim the transfer amount?
A: If you transfer to [Phone number or email not been registered in DotWallet] or [Non-designated transfer], the amount not claimed within 24 hours will be refunded to the original account automatically. Handling fees shall be borne by the user.
If you transfer to [Phone number or email used as DotWallet account], the amount will be transferred to the receiver’s account instantly and it can’t be retracted or refunded.
No matter which transfer way is adopted, check transfer information repeatedly before transfer!
