1Why is my balance different between web app and DotWallet Pro?

The DotWallet web and DotWallet Pro support a unified DotWallet account. For the sake of assets security, the account data on the web and the DotWallet Pro are not interoperable. You can use them as two totally different wallets.

3、How to cancel the transaction?

Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be withdrawn. Therefore, you must carefully check all transaction details before confirming them.

The miner fee is the transaction fee, which has nothing to do with the transaction amount. Affected by market fluctuations, transaction fees will also change at any time.

It means the mnemonic phrase does not belong to the current account. If you have several accounts, just import the mnemonic phrase to the corresponding account.

If it shows the account does not exist, which means there is no such account, just sign up again.

 

 

7、How to import assets in the DotWallet web app to the DotWallet PRO?
