- A copyright Infringement Notice from the Author of Bitcoin White Paper -
On Jan 21, Doctor CSW (Craig S Wright) issued allegations of copyright infringement of the Bitcoin whitepaper to five websites including bitcoin.org, bitcoin.com and bitcoincore.org. The document states Doctor CSW (Craig S Wright) has the copyright to Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System. And those websites will face legal proceedings if they refuse to take down the paper.
In response to these allegations of copyright infringement, bitcoincore.org has announced to remove Bitcoin whitepaper in Github. The link to the Bitcoin white paper is currently no longer available on the website.

In May 2019, Dr. Craig S Wright registered the copyright of the Bitcoin White Paper and Bitcoin 1.0 code with the U.S. Copyright Office. The organization indicated that Dr. Craig S Wright was the author of the Bitcoin White Paper. Now CSW seems to begin claiming his own right.

-Why did CSW decide to "attack" these webs?-
Bitcoin.org, bitcoin.com, and bitcoincore.org are all earlier BTC websites. Bitcoin.org was originally registered and owned by Satoshi Nakamoto. It seems that CSW chose to "attack" these websites to claim that he is the real Satoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin.
